From the rising of the sun to its going down
The Lord’s name is to be praised. (Psalm 113:3 NKJV)
What would it be like to be a person who praises God from the time you awake each morning until the time you fall asleep each night? Not only would you be pleasing God as you worship him constantly, but you would also effect an incredible change in your personal outlook.
As we go about our day, we can look for reasons to praise God. Out of an overflow of a heart of thankfulness, we will share God’s goodness with those around us and give them a reason to praise his name as well.
Prayer: Psalm 34:1-2 says, Lord! I’m bursting with joy over what you’ve done for me!
My lips are full of perpetual praise. I’m boasting of you and all your works,
so let all who are discouraged take heart. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
